Executive Development

  1. CSC Australia/Asia: Delivered a program to develop over 180 senior managers focused on 24 selected Leadership and Management Competencies and to assimilate Key Performance Indicators, Balance Scorecard, and promote strategies to improve cash flow/profitability.  The program delivered a reduction of working capital by over US$20 million with a $2 million flow on effect to the bottom line
  2. Hitachi Data Systems: Delivered a program focused on developing strategies and tactics to re-launch the business model converting from a direct sales force to an indirect sales model with significant partnerships.  The program accelerated the successful conversion from 18 months to 9
  3. Queensland Rail: Delivered a tailored commercial acumen program to 120 general managers to focus on the improvement of assets under management and efficiency metrics for each working group
  4. Greencap: Implemented a program for 100 general manager and professional service personnel to improve their focus on sensitive price points across a range of services.  The program helped accelerate the performance of the NSW region and doubling their EBIT contribution to the corporation
